Rev. Arlene Stubbs, along with her late husband Rev. C. Earl Stubbs founded the New Life Assembly of God Church in Hyderabad. She now serves as the Senior Pastor of this Church. For many years, she served as the Minister of Music and Director of Children's Ministry. Her special joy is to write and produce cantatas and dramas for Christmas and Easter. She has also played a vital role in developing and growing the Carecell ministry and building a strong Carecell leadership team. Her genuine concern and love for people enables her to reach out effortlessly to adults and children alike and meet the challenges of a growing Church. 

Mrs. Stubbs has two wonderful daughters and sons-in-law and is proud of her three lovely grandchildren. 

Rev. Valson Varghese is the Senior Associate Pastor at the New Life Assembly of God Church. He has been on the Pastoral staff for the last 26 years. As the Senior Associate Pastor, he is actively involved in the preaching and teaching ministry of the Church. While his current ministry includes the many facets of Pastoral duties, his passion is still to reach and empower young people. He currently serves as the National Youth Coordinator for the Assemblies of God of India.

Pastor Valson and his wife, Julie are blessed with three wonderful sons. 

Rev. Younus Samuel is serving as the Associate Pastor at the New Life Assembly of God Church. He has been the driving force for the growth of the Youth Alive services from 60 to 600 young people, each week. His love for the Lord and his passion to reach out to the youth through creative media arts has made Youth Alive a great place to “hang out”. His enthusiasm and energy pull in young people to try out the delightful way of walking and enjoying a New Life with Jesus Christ. 

Pastor Younus and his wife, Ujjwala are blessed with two lovely children.

A two-time National Soccer player and a very skillfull and energitic leader of ITC, Milton Raj Crossed over to New Life AG in 2006 to serve as Admin Assistant to the Youth Pastor, eventually becoming Youth Pastor in 2014. His passion is to transform youth. His mission focuses on building a great comminuty. He believes, "If the church forgets its community, the community forgets the church!", 

Pastor Milton is married to Josephine and they are blessed with tow daughters - Tasha and Shannon. .
